0900-0930: Check in
0930-1000: Staff/Student Introductions
1000-1130: Intro to Opti knots & rigging
1130-1230: Capsize drills & Basic boat handling
1230-1315: Lunch
1315-1415: Intro to racing signals, rules, & courses
1415-1615: On-the-water time
1615-1645: Derig
1645-1700: Debrief

Sunday
0900-0930: Check in

​1115-1230: Practice starts (on-the-water time)
