Sailors understand better than most that things change without warning. Cancellation and refund requests
may be made by contacting VYC's Head Instructor or VYC's office staff.
There are no refunds offered for missed days/programs.

- For cancellations one or more weeks out, a full refund (less any platform fees) will be granted.
- For cancellations three - six days out, a 25% refund (less any platform fees) will be granted.
- For cancellations within 72 hours, no refund will be granted.
Q. Instead of a refund, can we change to another day or week?
A. For our Spring Break Camp and Summer Camp, our week change policy is as follows:
- If you're unavailable for your choice week and need to switch, we're more than happy to switch your child over at no extra cost so long as there is space to do so.
- This carries between weekly camps of the same calendar year. I.E., if you cannot make the 2024 Spring Break Camp, you can apply your fees to a 2024 Summer Camp session.
